What travel day looks like
You arrive at a private terminal rather than a main departures hall. Formalities are quick, the aircraft is a short walk away, and your pet stays with you throughout.
In the air the cabin is quiet and the crew are used to animals. On arrival we handle customs and veterinary formalities so you can go straight home.

Shared charter FAQs
What is a shared private pet charter?
A private aircraft chartered for pet owners, sold seat by seat. Instead of paying for a whole aircraft, you buy a single seat and share the cabin with a small number of other owners and their pets. Every pet travels in the cabin — never in the hold.
How much does a seat cost?
Seat prices vary by route and date, and each seat covers one passenger travelling with one pet in the cabin. Current published fares start from AED 32,500. Additional passengers and additional pets can be added to your booking.
Which breeds can travel?
All breeds are welcome, including snub-nosed dogs and cats that commercial airlines often refuse in the hold. We simply need your pet's breed, weight and crate or carrier dimensions so we can plan cabin space.
Do you handle the paperwork?
Yes. Import permits, microchip and rabies records, titre tests where required and the veterinary health certificate are all prepared and tracked for you as part of the service.
Can my pet travel without me?
Yes. If you cannot travel on the date, your pet can fly accompanied by our team and be met on arrival by you or someone you nominate.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Seats are limited and the veterinary paperwork chain, particularly rabies titre testing, can take weeks or months depending on the origin country.
