What information should I include in my enquiry?
Your pet's breed, age and approximate weight, the cities you're moving between, and your rough dates. That's enough for Penny to give you an accurate timeline and quote.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us, especially outside UK office hours.
Can I call instead of emailing?
Yes. Call +971 50 979 2525 — the same number works for WhatsApp and for a normal phone call.
Do you charge for an initial consultation?
No. The first conversation, including the paperwork timeline for your route, is free and without obligation.
