Our story
Ten years of moving pets, one journey at a time
PetsPassport started in 2015 out of frustration with how pet travel was being handled: owners handed a reference number, pets handed to strangers, and nobody able to answer a simple question about where an animal actually was.
We built the opposite. One person plans your pet's journey, prepares the documents, is at the airport, and tells you when your pet has landed. That has not changed as the business has grown from single relocations to full shared private charters between Dubai and Europe.

Who is behind PetsPassport?
Penny, who founded the company in 2015 and still personally manages every relocation and charter. When you call or message, you speak to her — not a call centre.
Where are you based?
We operate from the UK and Dubai, and move pets worldwide. That dual base is why our UK-UAE corridor is the strongest part of the business.
How many pets have you moved?
Hundreds since 2015, from single cats travelling to Europe to families relocating several dogs across continents.
What makes you different from a large pet shipper?
Scale. We deliberately take on fewer moves so each pet gets attention, and we would rather turn work away than run a route we cannot do properly.
Do you ever recommend not travelling?
Yes. If a pet is too old, too unwell or the timing is wrong, we say so. An honest no protects your pet and our reputation.
