Every move begins with a conversation about your pet rather than a price list. Breed, age, weight, temperament and destination all change the plan, and we would rather tell you the honest timeline early than discover a problem at the airport.
1. Consultation
We review your route, dates and your pet's details, then explain the requirements and realistic timeline.
2. Documentation
Microchip records, rabies vaccination, titre testing where required, import permits and the official health certificate.
3. Booking & crate
We book the flight and make sure your pet travels in a correctly sized, airline-compliant crate — or in the cabin on a charter.
4. Travel day
Collection, airport handling and departure, with updates from Penny rather than a reference number.
5. Arrival
Customs and veterinary clearance at destination, then delivery to your door.
6. Settling in
Guidance on quarantine rules where they apply, local registration and vets in your new city.

What does an international pet relocation include?
A full move: route planning, import permit applications, veterinary documentation, crate sizing, flight booking, airport handling, customs clearance at destination and delivery to your new home.
How long does the process take?
Paperwork sets the timeline, not flights. Rabies vaccination waiting periods and, for some countries, a rabies antibody titre test can add weeks or months. Once we know the origin and destination countries we map exact dates for your pet.
Which countries do you move pets to and from?
We move pets worldwide, with the UK, the UAE and Europe as our core corridors. If a country has an import route for pets, we will tell you honestly what it involves before you commit.
Will my pet fly in the cabin or the hold?
It depends on the route and the airline. On commercial services most pets travel as manifest cargo in a temperature-controlled hold. On our shared private charters your pet flies in the cabin beside you.
How much does pet relocation cost?
Cost depends on your pet's size and weight, the route, the documentation required and whether you travel commercially or by charter. Every quote is prepared individually — there are no hidden handling fees added later.
Do you relocate cats as well as dogs?
Yes. Cats, dogs and other domestic pets, including breeds that many airlines restrict.
